Hypnosis Exeter

I haven't posted on here for quite awhile.
The thought processes have quietened down significantly.
I have noticed a shift from the mind/ego to heart/knowing.
That is more fluent and less polarised therefore, not concept based and not open to explanation. So, fewer words.
The human world patterns have, in my knowing been limited by thoughts and intellect controlled by what might be named 'ego-mind'.
Whilst the mind is a beautiful tool and useful, it does not lend itself so well to inexplicable experiences and is therefore restricted.
The 'ego-mind' is by it's design, protective of all that feels threatening to it, and an aspect of my exsistence encourages that.
It is not bad or good, right or wrong, as those are already restricted polarised limitations.
I am moving out of limitations and fear-based brain-washing thoughts shaping any more of my world. I am choosing to let go of the hold that old fears, traumas etc have had on my experiences.
I have and am noticing their presence in my being/body and chosing to free them.
An amazing adventure in a body on the planet!!
