Canonteign Physio is looking glorious today. Missing all my wonderful patients. I hope everyone is staying well. Happy Easter x

Although I am currently not doing face to face consultations and you cannot physically come through the welcoming Canonteign physio doors. I am available to do video link assessments if you are struggling with a new pain, or need advise on exercise and rehabilitation while we are isolating.

I have over 20 years experience and from those who know me-that first discussion during an assessment tells me a lot of what the problem is. There is a lot of valuable advise & exercise education I can offer. This enforced time at home can be the opportunity to get your aches and pains dealt with.

The assessment and treatment of vestibular (dizziness) disorders is particularly easy to treat via video link. This is an area I specialise in.

And anyone struggling with mounting stress levels being cooped up; I can teach you self activation techniques. It’s brilliant to calm the nervous system!
