A new Falls Prevention Workshop is now available in Exeter, helping people stay active, safe, and independent in everyday life.
Led by a Nexus PCN Occupational Therapist, these friendly one-off sessions offer practical advice, gentle exercises, and simple strategies to help improve balance, strength, and confidence.

✔️ Get tips for making your home safer
✔️ Support your health, wellbeing & independence
