FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK!
For almost a year we lost that buzz of Personal Training in studio amd training outside at BOOTCAMP. Feels so good to be back!

BODYWEIGHT BLITZ!
Just because we are going back to gyms doesnโt mean you should neglect your body weight training!
If you cannot control your body weight, the likelihood you will reach your potential in the gym is doubtful.
So before you start lifting huge weight trying to out lift the bloke on the bench press next to you, or the girl on the treadmill opposite, make sure you have mastered good solid technique and foundations beforehand!

This is a stretching sequence for you guys to follow. I do this religiously on a Sunday morning listening to โwhale noisesโ...JOKE! But I do have some relaxing music on haha.
Hold each stretch for at least 2 minutes to allow your muscle to length and release!
This has really helped me in my own training hitting many PBs recently. This was not the only reason why I hit these but it has hugely helped.
If you have enthusiasm for your training and are making progress, FANTASTIC! BUT...Do Not Neglect your recovery. This is so important to your development in the long run!
