Both myself and are joining forces to offer a unique coaching programme.
This programme will include science based testing and feedback from as well as a bespoke training plan and coaching from me (all based around your unique physiological results). Covering 12 weeks, the programme will allow you to train optimally, in the right training zones.
If you have a race coming up in the autumn, a goal you would like to work towards, or if you would simply like to improve your fitness, this programme can be tailored to work with your own specific goals.
