Although our meet the team series ended last week, we have a special surprise as today is International Dog Day! 🐶

We’ve decided to bring back the series for one final time to give you a proper introduction to our new office dog, Timone!

Timone shares some facts about himself below (with the help of his owner - our Project Manager, Jess)…

1. I share my name with the meerkat from The Lion King because I’m basically a sideways meerkat, low to the ground but always on the lookout.

2. I love long walks and sharing Jess’s snacks because sharing is caring.

3. Deep down I secretly believe I’m a Great Dane so I bark as loud as I can to remind everyone I’m the boss.

My job in the office:

I’m the official stair alarm 🚨 I bark when someone’s coming and make sure everyone takes regular breaks by demanding belly rubs and ear scratches.

My special skill:

No one, and I mean no one, can zoom across the floor faster than me when there's a tea towel to chase.

Next up is our developer Matt, it’s Matt’s birthday today so we’re wishing him an awesome day while he contends with an inflatable obstacle course in North Devon! 🤙

3 facts about me:

I love getting out on the water in our speed boat, either exploring East Devon's coastlines or attempting to waterski.

In the summer, you'll usually find me checking out the best local pub gardens (bonus points if there's a good view)

I'm a bit of a theme park nerd and try to head to one a few times a year, including a yearly trip to Europe. So far I've done 1 in Poland, 2 in Germany and we're planing to go to 3 in France next year.

What I do:

I’m a web developer which means I take the designs from our talented design team and turn them into fully working websites. I make sure everything looks great and works smoothly.

What I'm best at:

The thing I love most about my job is coming up with solutions that work - Whether it's fixing a tricky bug or figuring out the best way to build something, I like to get stuck in and make sure it works.
