We had a great time at our Spring Awakening event last Friday!

Rounding up the start of 2026, a bumper 2 months for us here at the ULA.
It's been a particularly exciting time with a special Women's history course delivered with Exeter Cathedral & employability courses delivered with Exeter Community Initiatives.
We've had a whole series of writing workshops with Pete Davies and some really beautiful Mindful Mondays with Jola's Tarot/Therapy/Training.
Thank you to everyone has joined us over January and February, we look forward to welcoming you back for more learning in March!

Spotlight on one of our SPRING AWAKENING offers, TEA TASTING with Honeysuckle Herbal 🌿☕
Yasmin from Honeysuckle Herbal will be offering tea tastings every 15 minutes during the event. Giving you the opportunity to experience a meditative moment and deepen your understanding of plants and your body.
The focus of the tastings will be on spring herbs that can be foraged easily and found in urban and rural locations.
