To All Leamans Landlords and Tenants,

Leamans will be keeping the office open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but we have made the decision to close on Saturday’s for the foreseeable. Please continue to email and call Leamans but would you kindly avoid visiting the office unless absolutely necessary.

As a tenant, if you are self-isolating please inform Leamans so that we can work around you with regard to gas safety checks or similar. Leamans have endeavoured to contact our elder and more vulnerable tenants to offer assistance but if you are a tenant and you need help, or assistance in any way please let us know and we will do our upmost to help you. For those tenants that feel they may have difficulty paying their rent please advise Leamans as soon as possible so we can work together.
