On Monday, members of our team visited Sidmouth College to deliver a World of Work session with Year 7 students as part of the Equalex pilot we are part of.

The session included an introduction to Devon County Council, interactive activities, and lots of insightful questions from the students.

It was fantastic to see such high levels of engagement, with the students showing real curiosity about what we do and the range of careers available.

Feedback from the session highlights a clear increase in awareness and understanding of Devon County Council and the types of services we provide.
