With the summer holidays approaching we just wanted to remind clients that the office should be the main point of contact for any issues (unless already agreed between client and case vet). This includes all medication orders and emergencies.

We have vets on holiday both domestic and abroad at different times this summer and we are trying to encourage them to have a break - easier said than done! We encourage our vets to enjoy their down time as it is very precious in this industry and they need to recoup their energy for being back at work!

However trying to get vets to relax when they are off can be a challenge, we are very lucky to have such dedicated vets but they also need a break every now and then so we are encouraging clients to contact the office instead of the vets directly. The vets often don’t help themselves and don’t turn their phones off despite being on holiday - naughty!

We are very grateful for all our clients understanding and to reassure you all that even when your favourite vet may be off on holiday there is an amazing team working 24/7 to look after you all 🩷
