Nice little bit of Fartlek (speed play) this evening at Exmouth Runners - England Athletics

Cracking run this evening with Exmouth Runners. A gentle 5K up and down the front then a social The Beach Pub. Superb evening had!

This is the latest group to venture out with me - we started a C25K course thus evening ... I'm so excited the help them achieve :-)

Glorious morning at Exmouth parkrun 20th January 2024. Today it was the Exmouth Harriers takeover with pacers between 20 minute & 40 minutes leading the pack. Another fantastic Parkrun as ever and huge thanks to everyone who gives up their Saturday mornings to volunteer, pace and of course run! Heroes all!
