- Make sure you return your chip when finished, there will be a fine if we don't get it back.
- The clock will stop at 3.30pm.

- We have sweets, Ice lollies and snacks, the aid station is NUT FREE!
- The venue will be selling cold drinks, hot drinks, sausage rolls, etc.

- Wear appropriate clothes for the weather! and for the publics eyes 👀 the only naked running we allow is no watch! Cool tops, Hats & Suncream are good options!
