DESERPEAUX takes the Chasing Gold team to tonight to contest the 19.00pm Class 4 Handicap Hurdle over 2m3f.

DESPEREAUX has run admirably consistently all season, never really having his ground. Todays ‘good’ going should be more up just street and we hope it helps him to show his best.

The sharp track and the trip should suit and and report him to be well and happy at home. We’re pleased to have in the saddle and are hopeful of a good run.

We hope all our members have a great day out at one of our more local tracks, that DESPEREAUX gets the conditions he’s been waiting for, and most importantly that he comes home safe and sound.

A great day out yesterday at Rod Millman’s to see our sister syndicates new filly for the flat season, Sweet Sonata.

A 2 year old filly by Sergei Prokofiev x Mirman, she is progressing well and should be ready to have a run when the flat season commences.

For now all eyes are focused on the Festival but we’re getting our horses ready for when the summer comes!
