In just 6 hours, we cleared the entire property while making sure as much as possible avoided landfill — something we take seriously on every job we do.

Here’s how it broke down:
• 11 items of furniture were passed on to a trusted local upcycler we work with, giving them a second life
• A full Luton van worth of items was donated to charity
• The remaining items were carefully sorted for reuse wherever possible
• Only around 10% needed to go to a waste transfer facility, where up to 98% is recycled
