This couldn’t be further from the truth – we actually have more amazing women in our team than men! 👩‍💻

In recent years, there’s been a growing awareness of language sensitivity. But ultimately this depends on context, and for us, the term “guys” is gender-neutral – a colloquial way to refer to a group of people.

And we’re proud to be an agency that champions inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Our team is powered by an incredible group of talented individuals, proving that strength lies in unity.

But today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate all the trailblazing women who inspire us to break barriers and challenge these stereotypes 🌎🎉

Dear Webflow community, as we make those final updates and prepare to press that blue publish button for the very last time this year, we wanted to take a moment and reflect on an amazing year in Webflow.

From official new features to amazing third-party tools, and from huge conferences to small local meetups – it’s been great to witness Webflow's continued growth in 2022.

We want to say a big thanks to you, the Webflow community, for inspiring us to push harder, dig deeper, and do better. We hope that you’re all able to take some time to unwind.
