Doing some work on this today, removed CMOS batteries as it's best practice as old coin cells can leak and damage electronics when this old. Quite a lot of work and so sketchy as the plastic is so so brittle. Anyway got them out and they were still intact so no harm done. Old school Toshiba Portege 660CDT 1996
