It’s this week. Covid was the prompt for me to look outward and see what I could give back to the community, so I became a Special Constable with Surrey Police.
Over 1100 hours and 12 arrests later, I’m still having fun.

Volunteering has helped me to finesse a lot of skills (that I hope) were there anyway, conflict resolution, calmness under pressure and the willingness to simply get a job done.
These skills can be brought into your business too if you actively encourage your people to volunteer.
Think about it, somebody else is paying for your people to receive a ton of extra training!
