Shocked to learn this morning of the passing of Bunny Bread, aka "STATE OF ART", a true zenith and pioneer of British graffiti art.
A creative trailblazer and core founder of the mighty "NON STOP ARTS" graffiti crew, a DJ, music producer, film maker, graphic designer and co founder of the "AirHeads Designs" Airbrushing partnership.
"The Earth's Edge" production with NSA in 1987 at Trellick Towers , an internationally acclaimed ground breaking mural, was a testament to his talent as it remained untouched for nearly two decades.
I met Bunny many times over the last 30 years and was honoured to have shown my art alongside him 22 years ago at the Britism gallery in Westbourne Park, which aired on RISE TV on Channel 4 the next morning.
He was a true gentleman with a punk ethic that stands the test of time.
My sincere condolences to his family and friends at this dreadful time. He was an inspiration to all. Salute Bunny.🙏
