Christmas has arrived at The Weekend Bakery! It’s snuck up on me a bit this year NGL, but orders are now open for these festive beauties:

🎅🏻Festive Blondies packed with Cranberries & White Chocolate

🌟Christmas celebration cake - layers of chocolate and orange sponge with clementine curd, vanilla buttercream and festive decorations

All available to order now on my site (link in bio) and can be delivered every Friday between now and Christmas Eve.

Please give seven days’ notice for the celebration cakes (as they extra love and care to create 😊).

Brownies and blondies are available by post nationwide and celebration cakes are available for hand delivery or collection in the Harrogate area.

Vanilla sponge layered with raspberry jam, covered in vanilla and raspberry buttercream which is made with homemade raspberry purée, decorated with yet more raspberries, piped buttercream (shout out to my new fave piping tip - Wilton 4B) and edible pink carnations.

I was going for an ombré/watercolour effect with the pink buttercream down the sides but I haven’t tried that technique for ages, so it was trickier than expected. I still think she’s a beauty though! 🌸💕
