📍 This month we have been in the heart of the legal district in Leeds, where Azesta founder- Shirley delivered an engaging and insightful workshop for the team at HGF.

🧠 The session focused on strengthening team effectiveness through a results-focused lens, inspired by Lencioni’s team development model.
The workshop explored questionnaire insights to highlight key strengths across the team, while also identifying valuable opportunities for continued growth.

💥 Together, the group created practical, forward-looking plans to support stronger collaboration, trust and performance as they move ahead.
It was fantastic to see such openness, professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement from a team recognised globally for excellence within the IP sector.
