It is currently empty to allow for flexibility in setting up the room as you wish. Rear access and a cosy sunny courtyard. All the bills are included. There is a communal toilet and sink, WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities. Ample free on street parking available. Easy access for Harrogate/ North Leeds.
