Shell Stretch - For tight back relief and post back extensions

Starting Position:

▪️Seated on heels with ▪️knees flexed.
▪️Legs slightly abducted
▪️Spine flexed forward over legs
▪️Arms relaxed in front or behind torso on mat

Exercise:

▪️Inhale - keep abs engaged and focus on 3D breath

▪️Exhale - Release spinal extensors whilst abs remain engaged

▪️Perform several breaths
