This programme is designed for ambitious students who want to stand out in highly competitive university applications and interviews. It combines two powerful components:

1. Certified Online Leadership and Management Course

Delivered on a world-class digital learning platform and certified by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the CPD Certification Service.

Students receive:

• a CMI Certificate of Recognition
• formal CPD credits
• one year of CMI Affiliate Membership
• a strong demonstration of leadership, maturity and commitment to lifelong learning

2. Personalised One-to-One Mentoring with UK Doctors

Students receive three structured mentoring sessions delivered by experienced UK doctors, helping them develop:

• confidence and clarity in “why medicine”
• stronger reflective skills
• an understanding of the competencies medical schools look for
• the insight needed to excel in interviews and MMI stations

This programme gives students a genuine competitive edge and prepares them not only to apply but to begin their journey as future medical leaders.

This certified programme is designed for ambitious students who are serious about applying to medical school and want to stand out from the competition.

It combines professional certification with personalised mentoring to give students the skills, insight, and confidence they need to succeed.

The programme has two core parts that work together to give students a strong foundation and a real competitive edge:

1. Online Management and Leadership Certificate:
Students study on a cutting-edge learning platform that leads to a formal certificate of recognition from the Chartered Management Institute. UK (CMI) and official Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits from The CPD Certification Service. These recognised professional certificates demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to lifelong learning, qualities highly valued by medical schools.

2. One-to-One Mentoring with UK Doctors:
Students receive personalised online mentoring from UK doctors who guide them through the key skills and professional behaviours that help candidates perform confidently in medical school interviews and early training.
