💚 MEN'S HEALTH WEEK – LET'S KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING 💚

Following the success of Tall Tales for All Men, we're pleased to be launching our next community workshop right here in Rossendale.

Sometimes the biggest difference isn't made by grand gestures. It's made by getting people together, sharing experiences, listening, and having honest conversations about the things that affect us all.

This workshop will explore themes including:

🗣️ Mental Health
🤝 Connection & Belonging
💭 Identity & Masculinity
💙 Grief, Resilience & Wellbeing
🌱 Building Positive Futures

Whether you attended the original performance or not, everyone is welcome.

There'll be brews, conversation, a few laughs along the way, and most importantly a safe space for men to come together and talk.

As we've seen time and time again at Rossendale Men's Shed, sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is realise you're not carrying things on your own.
