Today we’re getting this living room and dining room ready for its transformation. All the wall repairs are complete, the fresh plaster is ready for its mist coat, and every wall has been thoroughly sanded to create the perfect surface for Lick Paint.

A lot of people don’t actually realise we do plastering as well as decorating.
Most people only see the finished paintwork, but half the battle is getting the walls and ceilings right before any paint goes on.
There’s no point spending good money on decorating if the plaster underneath is blown, rough or all over the place it’ll always show, especially once the light hits it.
Whether it’s old artex ceilings, damaged walls, full re-skims or plastering on extensions, it all makes a massive difference to the final finish.
