‘20 Years is the average battlers of brain cancer lose from their life’

The aim of our research is to help reduce that number and give patients a better life, more time with their family with the goal of curing this awful disease.

Even though we have a long way to go we are proud that our efforts are doing just that every day. We are able to offer better treatments as well as keep pushing forward with research.

Day 7 ⭐️

Not long after Brainstorm was founded, we were able to fund and donate a new brain imaging scanner to the John Radcliffe Hospital thanks to generous donations and fundraisers.

Through donations and fundraising, we were able to provide a BK5000 Advanced Ultrasound Scanner, helping surgeons diagnose and treat brain tumours with greater precision.

This technology allows surgeons to see detailed images of the brain and tumour margins during surgery, helping them remove as much of the tumour as possible while protecting healthy brain tissue.

Put simply, it helps surgeons make better decisions, improves outcomes for patients and saves lives.
