As a fairly remote business, it is both a rare and cherished opportunity when we can all get together and spend some time outside of our offices.

After some good food, it was only right to use this fuel for a bowling competition! Dan took the lead in the first game, but in our second game, playing as teams, both him and Lucy took the lead (North 1, South 0).

In the UK, 1 in 10 children are referred to mental health services.
1 million children. Almost double the 564,000 in 2018-19.
According to the Children's Commissioner Report published on Monday, there is an increased rate of mental health conditions and distress amongst our kids.

This report also directly addresses the Young People and Work review, saying that having so many NEETs is a key factor in driving these numbers up.

This is not a coincidence. It is evidence of a pattern that we need to start addressing.

But this goes far beyond staggering statistics. These are 𝐨𝐮𝐫 children and students that can't cope, and we are responsible for turning this around.

As a business which has been in the education sphere for almost 20 years, and are especially prevalent during exam seasons for students, we have seen just how powerful stress and anxiety have become.

The last thing we want to see is these numbers increase.

To our network: we need to continue to have open conversations, focus on those who are struggling the most, and speak out for those who feel like they can't. We can do this, for them🤍.
