Women are amazing! And after years of working alongside them through fertility, and challenging health circumstances, I've never seen them as anything other than joyful, strong, resilient, and incredible people.
Women aren't textbook "28-day cycles" (where are my PMOS girlies at?), yet many are expected to navigate systems built around a 24-hour clock and healthcare services already under immense pressure. That can make things harder.
If you're struggling, don't forget for a second that being a woman does not make you weaker. Women's bodies and experiences aren't deficiencies to overcome or compare against male standards. Chasing strength, fitness, or productivity through a lens that wasn't designed with women in mind can easily distort how you see yourself.
Every woman experiences her cycle differently, but physiological differences are not limitations.Women, whether cis or trans, are capable of extraordinary strength, performance, and resilience. Give yourself the same compassion and respect you'd offer anyone else navigating challenges that aren't always visible.
