Why I do what I do?

I am somebody who as far as I can remember has solely focused on reducing my weight and body fat. On top of that I developed an obsessive and out of balance relationship with my exercises and diet. Don't get me wrong, I Iove exercising and I cannot imagine my life without the gym but not to the point when my so called ”healthy life style” makes my life out of balance. You are not going to believe it but a few years back the gym was like my second home. I was there 7 days per week 3/4 hours at a time.

Finally something clicked when I started my Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Psychology of Coaching. I have discovered why I had a difficult relationship with my body and how I can change it. This is when I decided to reshape my approach to exercise and food.

Now, I am highly motivated to empower others to do the same, especially since I have discovered that a more balanced life can bring authentic happiness and a greater acceptance of one’s physical appearance! Yet, what I love the most about coaching and personal training is that it doesn’t feel like a job!
