From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say a huge thank you to every single customer who has supported us over the many years we have been here. Your loyalty, kindness and friendship have meant more to us than words can express. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of your lives and to care for your wonderful pets.

To all of our amazing four-legged friends, thank you for the unconditional love, wagging tails, happy greetings, cuddles and the countless moments of laughter you brought us. You have brightened our days in so many ways, and we will truly miss seeing your familiar faces.

Over the years, many of you have become so much more than customers, you have become friends and part of our Pampered Pets family.
We have celebrated the excitement of welcoming new puppies, watched them grow into wonderful companions and together, we have shared the heartbreak of saying goodbye to some very special friends. Thank you for allowing us to be part of those journeys. We will treasure those memories forever.

Although this chapter has come to an end, the friendships and memories we have made will always remain close to our hearts.

This is not goodbye. We look forward to seeing many of you again and of course, your wonderful pets, the next time you visit one of our Pampered Pets stores. We will continue to support you with expert advice on training, nutrition and product knowledge, so please do come and say hello.
