A very blustery Tuesday afternoon pedal! Out on the sandstone way from Rothbury upto Simonside and through Harwood forest to Hepple Whitfield in Northumberland National Park 🚲😬
The Sandstone way is a mountain biking route in Northumberland between Berwick upon Tweed and Hexham approx 120 miles long. It takes in Northumberland’s stunning coast line and also the Cheviot hills in Northumberland National Park!

Today I’ve been exploring the Southern Lake District. A good mix of trail centre and bridle ways! With some pretty epic views across to Old Man Coniston 👌🏼😏🚵🏼♂️
