WE RAISED THE STANDARDS
12.5kg down and in the best condition of his life
The truth is, a lot of lads want results but aren’t willing to push past their pain tolerance
Woody sets the standard for this and forced change
Make no mistake, he knows how to train, he’s very active but when it comes to structure, routine and accountability it was lacking especially nutrition
All he needed was chains and shackles on him to make sure he stays on right path and these results speak for themselves
The biggest thing we changed? Consuming 95% of the time whole foods, breakfast, lunch and dinner
