When I watched the fight I had it Usky winning only 2 rounds that in itself should say something. Tyson Furry and AJ couldn't so that so let's give his flowers and the respect he deserves.

For some reason my videos from yesterday's session wouldn't load to my stories, so I decided to make it into a post instead.
Warm up..we warmed up by stretching and hitting the heavy bags afterwards it's skipping, then we did some drills to knock your partner off balance before going for the sweep.
Afterwards we hit pads. I broke down 3 different combos
and how each one flows, when and how to use these combos paying attention to detail.
Then we finished the session with some cardio and conditioning, moving our own body weight workouts.
Cool down stretching at the very end.

This drill helps you to get in close when your close you have options, but it being a Muay Khao session i want to control the arms while am close and throw sharp knees.
