JM Rendering Yorkshire

This is a project JM did just off street Lane Leeds.
Here’s a little break down of what we did.

1, k-rend base coat 5mm with nylon mesh embedded within to prevent any cracking.

2, Applied another k-rend coat flat sponge finish.

3, Apply a coat of prima.

4, Spray top coat 1.5mm silicone based render in white.

This customer was extremely happy with the customer service we provided.

Removed old wooden cladding.

Hacked off old render.

Applied a k-rend system in Ivory colour with a scratch finish.
