This was a tired long‑term rental that needed some TLC to get it ready for the owner‑occupier market - all within a tight budget.
We focused on cosmetic updates, including bringing the bathroom up to date and tackling a few remedial issues. Outside, we added some much-needed curb appeal at the front by changing the front door, adding a block paved path and gravel – first impressions matter!
We also refreshed and cleaned up the rear, giving some extra privacy with a higher fence and gate. All changes designed to create a more welcoming space for a new owner.
The client brought in WildKind Interiors for staging, which really elevated the final look for marketing photos.
