Small Group Training consists of 3-4 women, is 45 minutes long and includes a variety of circuits that focus on strength, balance, cardio and core. All fitness levels are welcome. You will be taught correct form and exercises/circuits can be modified to individual needs.

Sessions are held privately out of the comfort of my private home based studio located on Dodds Rd, in Headingley MB.

Free consultations are given to all new members as I feel a meet and greet is important and a tour of the studio is a must! .
