Today at NDML HQ, we were proud to welcome Safer Business Network to deliver WAVE training for some of our clients.

Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement training, helps licensed venues give their teams the skills, knowledge and confidence to spot vulnerability, support customers, and make appropriate interventions when it matters most. It also supports the Ask for Angela scheme, helping people discreetly ask trained staff for help if they feel unsafe.

It’s about helping operators protect their people, strengthen their teams, reduce risk, and create safer spaces for customers to enjoy.
