AGM NOMINATIONS OPEN TOMORROW

We are looking at voting in a new committee! The roles we are looking at filling are

President: Responsible for overseeing the whole society, ensuring the committee runs smoothly and making sure members feel safe and welcome

Secretary: Responsible for overseeing the email accounts, taking minutes for meetings and doing all society-related admin

Treasurer: Takes care of all the money in the society ensuring it all goes to the right places on time. Also responsible for setting the show budget

Social secretaries x2: Setting up and carrying out social events for members of the society, in the past has included house crawls, otley runs, bingo nights

Publicity Secretary: Manages the social media accounts for the society and works with show producers to advertise shows and events

Fundraising secretary: Puts on fundraisers throughout the year including carol singing, as well as working with the social secretaries to put on a fundraising evening for each show
