Roles and Responsibilities⁠
- [ ] Designing, specifying and operating sound, lighting, staging, rigging and audio-visual solutions⁠
- [ ] Being a Project Manager for events when assigned⁠
- [ ] Working as part of the Technical Team to deliver events⁠
- [ ] Attending site visits with clients and carrying out detailed site surveys⁠
- [ ] Ensuring all health & safety controls are produced and adhered to in preparation of, and during, all events. This includes producing risk assessments and method statements.⁠
- [ ] Building trusted relationships with key suppliers to achieve the best possible prices on external elements needed for the proposals⁠
- [ ] Representing the Stage Engage culture and values at every moment⁠
