As promised I will keep a basic record/log here https://publicinquirynow.co.uk/asylum-log in regards my application for Asylum in Geneva Switzerland. This should ensure the process remains transparent and my situation visible.

I am fully prepared for all eventualities including a negative decision. It would take a very brave Swiss Migration Authority and Government to publicly declare that they believe the UK Government to be a bad actor in relation to the deaths of numerous children in relation to bullying, physical and sexual violence in schools. An Asylum decision in my favour would effectively confirm that this is believed to be the situation in this case.

Numerous parties in Geneva have stated that it is an extraordinary situation that someone from the UK would be seeking refuge, this in itself is potentially the biggest barrier I may face. ��

Thank you for all your comments and prayers. They are appreciated but I am unable to reply to them for a number of reasons. Again there is nothing that anyone can do to help at the moment. It’s just about going through the process for now. Just to reiterate I am well and hopefully the brief updates in the record log will keep everyone informed.
