Finally got a chance to put our custom adapters on the site.

DBW Billet adapters to allow installation of a Bosch 74mm DBW throttle body onto the most popular Honda Intake manifolds.

Inbuilt rubber seal on the body side, but you will need to provide an applicable gasket for the manifold to adapter.

Installation hardware is included.

Machined to a taper internally to suits the most popular 70mm inlet ID.

There are 2 specific types of adapter available:

EP3 K20 PCD : For a standard EP3 intake, and many Skunk 2 / M2 etc versions

FD2/K20z4/ FN2 PCD: RBC, RRC, RSP and Skunk2/M2 DBW versions

Available as billet adapter only, or with a genuine Bosch 74mm Throttle Body complete with connector and pins

As the K20z4 swaps have become more popular, it’s become apparent that the shifter side of things is problematic.

As the mechanism is reversed from a K20a/2 the usual DC5 shifter options simply don’t work. We’ve been left using CRZ shifters and cables, with mixed to poor results.

We’ve now had our own custom mount specifically designed for the k20z4 swap that relieves all these issues. Completely our own design, and put together by one of the highest regarded fabricators in the country. With a hard wearing zinc plating finish, the bracket will look great in any engine bay.

The bracket has been designed to utilise Honda Accord shifter cables and shifter, so OE cables and shifter could also be used if required.

Full range of 3D printed switch panels and mounts currently bring added to the site. Large range of options, fittings and connections to aid in installing switches into vehicle with limited options.

We’ll also be adding options for custom switch placement onto the carbon panels to ensure each product is exactly to the customers spec.

All of the products are created in house, so adjustments, special requests can easily be accommodated.

Ground up chassis and engine harness completed on this nuts Mini with a Honda B18 engine installed.

The car had various issues, so our friends TPW Engineering passed it along to us to sort out. They’d already sorted the mechanical side, and it was decided that replacing all the wiring was needed.

Installation included:

Brand new fusebox, using high quality automotive cable protected by braided sheath.

Custom 3D printed centre mount.

Link ECU Atom ECU

Brand new engine harness in braided sheath.

COP conversion using our own install plate and parts.

Brand new battery and power cables including our new carbon bulkhead mount.

When utilising just a crank sensor on COP conversions we usually have to use wasted spark ignition. After consultation with Link and it was decided we’d use a great feature of the Link Atom which is their virtual cam sync. By installing a map sensor into trumpet number 1 the ECU is able to sense barometric change on the cylinder, and uses that information to work out the position of cylinder 1. Once the sync is locked even changes in butterfly position don’t effect it, as the rest is worked out by crank sensor rotation.
An innovative way to get fully sequential ignition without a cam sensor, and worked really well once it was set up.

If will only work with ITBS, but would be a great solution for Clio’s, B Series and Peugeot’s that are being swapped onto bodies.

A lot of our own newly designed parts were used on this build, and really pleased how it all came together.

To make it as simple as possible to install all the products we’re pre-wired and tested before leaving the shop.
We also future proofed the install by creating links for when Craig updates the chassis harness with an Ecumasters PMU16 PDM

We discussed Craig’s needs and installed his own preferred dash layout, complete with our own on screen warnings 👀👀😅

Ecumaster

Blinkstop 10 channel wireless steering wheel control system supplied for a large build. The heart of the the vehicles electronics system is an Aim Technologies PDM, which the steering wheel module will communicate with seamlessly via Can-Bus.

High quality carbon paddles and shift switches added to ensure all the vehicles controls are straight at the drivers fingertips
