🚀 What a weekend! 🚀

8 journeys back and forth from Leeds to Ilkley — by food truck, trains, buses, transit van, and a Mercedes 😂.

3 x 14+hour shifts.

A complete sell-out on Saturday meant a mad dash back home to restock and cook overnight… then a Sunday morning 7am sprint back to Ilkley to drop the team off, and a detour to Harrogate Bookers at 10am (just as the event opened) to grab additional ingredients.

🥪 The whole weekend was a hectic blend of prep, service, cleaning down, and then dropping everyone back home — only for me to drive back again Sunday evening to collect the food truck.

Finally… sit… eat… breathe 😅

It’s a side of food trading people often don’t see, but what makes it all worth it is when that one or two customers take a moment to appreciate what we do and say a kind word ❤️.
