What’s the Most Important Thing in Your Career?

However, the real question goes deeper.
It’s about:
What drives you
What aligns with your values
What gives you a sense of purpose
Because when your work reflects who you are, it becomes more than just a job.
Careers also evolve over time, shaped by your experiences, priorities, and growth.
So maybe the question isn’t:
“What should my career look like?”
But instead:
“Does my career still reflect who I am today?”
