Inspired by Thai culture, Ayer's vibrant illustrations brought life to beloved children's books like "Nu Dang and His Kite" and "A Paper Flower Tree". A true visionary, she even revolutionised the Thai silk industry with her design company, Design Thai.
This captivating documentary film, produced for the Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration features interviews with Ayer's daughter and showcases her stunning original artwork.
