Lewes Community Kitchen

We currently have some availability at Lewes Community Kitchen for cooks, caterers and community projects wanting to hire a fantastic commercial kitchen for occasional or regular use.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a lovely space to work from.
We offer subsidised hire fees for community projects, charities and social enterprises. We also support start-up and fledgling food businesses by offering affordable and flexible workspace as well as business support and mentoring.

Today’s spring fiesta for our Man with a Pan graduates had a sketches of Spain theme. Derren cooked paella, I made calcot romesco and sourdough. Tim baked torta dominguera.

I’ve had a couple of folks drop out of this training course, so places are available.
