I’m loving sharing the therapeutic somatic practices of open floor dance, it’s an opportunity for deep release, tenderness, inspiration, joy & connection 🌟

We usually meet for 2hrs, but my next session is a special ritual practice across 3 hours, in honor of the summer solstice and strawberry moon in June 🌒

It includes an insightful 'dance score' , the Open Floor Dragon's gate.
It is a beautiful dance of constellation, a practice where we can work with a current life dilemma, exploring the polarities within us to find more peace. We can witness and grow compassion for inner conflicting parts of us that we often judge and condemn.
For example, observing something that we want to move towards in our life and noticing the inner obstacles. Through movement and meditation, we expand our capacity to honor both parts of ourselves and move beyond.

(And always a good opportunity for some rest, renewal and a good uplifting dance!)
