‘The Legends Of The Dakar Exhibition’

We worked on some incredible projects last year, and one of the highlights for us was being tasked with creating a concept, content plan, carry out research, collect footage, shoot and post produce an array of content for the KTM Legends Of The Dakar Exhibition in the KTM Motohall, Austria.

We often do interviews as part of our production process, but for this project we met and filmed with nearly every living KTM Dakar winner. The stories were phenomenal, exciting, and often very moving. There were some amazing nuggets of memories, from races of a thousand stories. It was a privilege to be part of the project.

The final product was interactive content within the exhibition with information on each of the bikes displayed and the KTM Dakar heroes, many in both English and German. We produced images and video of each of the bikes, and riders, as well as written content and promotional material. There was also a main loop video that awakens visitors and gets them into the rally mood with the history of KTM at Dakar, as they look around all of the super-interesting content and artefacts at the exhibition.

While we can’t share that content on here, we can show you some of our shoot set-ups and memories from those shoots, as we cast a thought while we write to those in the desert right now competing at the legendary Dakar Rally.
