Apologies for the complete lack of social media updates in the last while... the reason is I have been working on a different kind of creation! I'm delighted to say I'm expecting another future baker to add to the burgeoning brood I have already 😆 🐤🐤🐤

So with this post comes a bit of sadness to say I have decided to hang up my apron for now, and will hopefully get back to whisking and kneading when the little one is bigger.

I'm eternally grateful for all the support over the past 12months+, I've had such a wonderful time making and baking and speaking to all my lovely customers.

The Large Grazing Box, featuring some new items!

I've been developing some new recipes I'm really excited about! The all new sweet items:

💙 Dark Chocolate Dipped Honeycomb
💜 Passionfruit and Chocolate Macarons
💙 Caramelised White Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry Topped Flapjacks
💜 Lemon Swiss roll with a Berry Cream Cheese icing filling

The large box feeds 4+, and as well as all these sweets, features 6 different types of cheese ( Manchego, Vintage Cheddar, Highland Brie, Marinated Feta, Edam, Strathdon Blue), a selection of charcuterie meats, olives and pickles, homemade Oatcakes, Crackers and Bread, and a variety of homemade dips and spreads... 😋

A beautiful grazing table for an absolutely joyous hen party this weekend, I always have the best fun creating these ☺

It's just got to be best way to cater for parties like these, everyone can nibble to their hearts' content, and there is something for everyone! And what a showstopper for your guests!
