What a brilliant day at the Recycling Discovery Centre! Thanks to Rachel for showing us round- it was soo interesting- and our keen- eyed members even spotted some recycling bins on the way!! The recycling ♻️ system is amazing and now we definitely know that everything that can be recycled gets processed correctly 😀

Another wonderful day finding out how Climate Change is impacting on the world around us through our NL funded It's Our Planet Too Project 🌎. We spent the morning with Becky and Stuart and their brilliant team of volunteers in the St Leonards Community Centre Gardens - watering everything we could see 🌼!!! We discovered that plants from the Mediterranean that used to struggle in Merseyside, now grow well because of the hotter temperatures- and we need to find more ways to collect and save rainwater !
It was great to see Ned the Dog too 😀- he was finding shadey places to lie.
After all that watering we were grateful for the wonderful lunch! Thank you everyone 💓 ☺️
