Parents to save thousands in government cost of living support 28/08/2025

We’re thrilled to see this morning’s announcement from the Department for Education that £600 million is being invested to extend the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme for a further 3 years. 🎉

HAF provides vital support to children and young people from households on lower incomes, easing the pressure on family budgets, enhancing access to enriching and physical activities, and ensuring healthy meals during the school holidays.

This is such a positive step and fantastic news for families and communities across the country. 🙌
